So me and Neil were saying we should make a YouTube channel where we play games and rage at them, like this guy on YouTube does for Toontown. If you type "vp fools profanity" it's the first video. So we were saying we should do it for Toontown and just yell at nubs like we did in that building with Mousytroll, but also we could go on different MC servers and rage at them. We should nonchalantly go on Standard and talk about how packed spawn is and how all the bases suck, and the "randomly" walk by TA base and be like "hmm that ones pretty good." So ya.

Sorry haven't been on forum past day cause busy. I will gladly help/record it. It will not be hard to do really since I basically have the complete set up to do it. The only problem I see is I dont really rage XD, idk if I can play it up well enough. If you don't mind me being the contrast or just let me be the... technician I will do every bit you want... Also video's covering responses to our naughty talking in toon town would be pretty entertaining. Once again though that might require me just to be the camera man but I am 100% into doing this.  I really wanted to document standard when it reset, basically what does a server go through in a year. Part of me says that would be fun, cause i can basically say, he I am impartial now. But at the same time part of me gets kinda sick at the idea of documenting that farce <<< love dat word. |

What kind of set up does it need? Like how much does screen and voice recorder cost?

If I am doing it nothing, cause I have it completely ready from older projects and I know how to use them, otherwise the video recording might cost 5/10$ Audio nothing and I can teach techniques for clearing up the audio if you want. Video editing program ranges from free to 200$ XD I also know how to use them... and might have that 200$ program, though I didnt pay that much if you know what I mean.
Forgot so editing. Umm would be best if you had a mic, I mean Neil's pc picks him up just fine and sometimes I hear you great other times you are harder to hear. That might be based on where you are and what not.
Also other kinds of video are very much a possibility. If you want to say... as a example wanted to review a game or book or show a video of you making something in game. I can help or teach you how. I guess if you really had a lot of content you wished to make, I could teach you how to record the video/audio then I could do the video editing since that tends to need more powerful pcs and I have the know how.
If so we should open a shared Youtube account and all make content. I always felt that with the stuff I made, I was too slow. If the three of us where all making content we might really have something

So I did a good test the other day. I got a good light program for recording video and audio. I could send it to you... its like next to nothing in terms of size and has a file with the serial code you just enter. I can teach you how to record both the game audio and your voice that has a small trick to it. Is easy but leaves it where you can hear yourself and you will want to be wearing headphones so you don't record the game, you talking and the game coming out of the speaker and your voice coming out all together.
Then again I can capture it too if you wanted, can be camera man lol. Or I can capture your voice and leave that part off idk let me know if this becomes a thing you want to do.

Here is what I have been thinking. 1 - I'm not so good at raging, so unless you want me as the normal person to contrast idk... can be camera man. 2 - If one of you is raging it makes sense to record off that screen but I dont think that is possible with you guys laptops. I can record toon town easy, had problems with minecraft but have solved 9/10 of them. I just to set up and do a real test and I think mc record will be worked out. Recording the audio can be done easy enough, most the time the same program does it but sometimes you run a second one. So BSR is the lighter program I have but Bandicam records Minecraft a lot better so I can do either. 3 - Knowing when to do it. I guess we'd go vp or factory, invite noobs and start the recording, see what happens then stop when we see its no good. 4 - The youtube channel. Should we make a raging channel or a general channel for any content we want to make? Zac wants to make minecraft videos... Neil has ideas I believe and I still want to make some reviews/animations. Idk might be if we banded together we might have a good content ratio and if one of us starts to get views it gives the others a spot light. Then again thinking logically, do we want to all be on the same channel like sharing a password? I know the bigger channels are artist/content creators coming together to make a good channel. Shame Channel Awesome belongs to a really big group, would have been a good name. 5 - I can give programs to help/teach how to install. I am more than willing to teach / do editing or whatever you guys need. 6 - Idk I just wanted to make another number  Just things to think about. If we really want to do this, I'll run a few test recording then we'd run a few test recordings together. |
